Being Pregnant

I'm 28weeks now...im tired sudah mau tau tu baby's gender. Asal the baby's healthy is fine by me. We havent picked out a boy name yet. Katau lah kalau your husband yang football fan ni, semua tu nama-nama ganjil kluar..hmmm!!! I dunno why but I like it when people guessing on the gender...ada saja dorang punya comment.."Macam perempuan ni...sebab sampai siring tu perut kau bulat".... "I think lelaki ni, sebab belakang kau ada shape.." hehehe... My mom in-law mau lelaki but my dad may perempuan....

So far I enjoyed being pregnant, the kickings & baby moving is really exciting, except for the 1st 3 months my morning sickness but itupun not juga teruk, but i hate the feeling mau muntah & the smell of the sesame oil uugghh!! and of course the 2 stretch marks timbul recently...inda bagus tu Pureen Lotion...i should've stick to Josie's advice using Colonial Dames..tapi punya mahal!!!

I did'nt gain much weight during this pregnancy...macam baru 3kg. Ok jugalah coz i'm consider overweight juga. At first, worried jugalah, but Didi & my doctor pun relax saja tu...so ok lah tu mangkali, and everybody tidak notice sya pregnant untill my 7th months. They said tidak nampak my perut. Konon my badan besar or ada juga cakap coz saya jeemuk, so thats why tidak nampak, but i think sebab my nenen besar....hehe.

3months to go..!! so excited + nervous...

Phew...so lama I didnt update this blog. Finally the internet is up again...
Got a new job. Highlighted my hair red...Christmas hair maaa..
As for my pregnancy, still dunno whether its a boy or a girl...pandai lagi mau kasih tapuk. I'll update more, IF sya rajinlah...

We attended Rizal & Ratna's wedding on the 10th of August... I love how they decorated the ballroom covered with fairylights...& oh the pelamin... & the table centerpiece... lovely.

The Grand Wedding Invitation

Ratna is one of Didi's close friend from high school. They called themselves JUIMTARAVE which means JUdy, Imelda, Michelle, TAyana, RAtna and VElerie + Eng anak bulan. All Didi's friend is the family friend, because everyday time secondary they always hang out at our house at Luyang after school. Like our house tempat meeting centre dorang, discussions, projects & rehearsals semua buat di Luyang. I love hanging out with Didi's group & friends, coz they're funny & happening konon...hehe.

I received a wedding invitation from Ratna & Rizal, the invitation card was so grand, I guess it cost them a bomb just for the invitation cards, apalagi the reception itself.

Its a 4-day wedding...but we we're invited 3, and we were able only to attend 2...The friday dinner reception at Sutera & The beach party at Rasa Ria... Im actually excited to attend this 1st class wedding, even Didi & Josie been asking me what to wear on the special occasion.

Didi told me the beach party's drinks worth RM10,000 free duty alchohol...ancurrrr!!! Sia tukang ambil gambar orang mabuk saja lah ni...kuang kuang kuang. Tapun lah satu glass wine.

Lynn & Vijay's Wedding

On the 20th July 2007, my bestfriend Lynn celebrated her Holy Matrimony with her husband Vijay. The already registered on the 2nd December 2006.

I've known Lynn since primary school but not until we're become bestfriends in form 2, all the sleepovers, working as waitress after PMR, partying "bawah kulung" & clubbing at age 16... ah!! those were the dogo days...
When i moved to SBPS after PMR , I still remember I always called her when I got problems...
When I was at university we wrote letters every week...

I love her because I know she'll always be and been there for me... Congratulation Lynn & Vijay!!

Day 15 and 16 - Christchurch-Auckland-Home

3rd July, Tuesday morning took the Southern Link Shuttles back to Christchurch Aiport, to catch the 7.30pm flight back to Auckland...the most uncomfortable ride we've ever had, chairs does not recline, karas lagi cushion dia....not spacious as the intercity bus...but apabulih buat, its the earliest bus..$45/pp trus pigi christchurch airport... When we checked-in at the Christchurch airport, sekali kana delayed lagi flight kami...originally from 7.30pm to 9.00pm, then delayed lagi to 10.00pm....dalam fikiran saya, habis lah tiada public bus nanti mau pigi Auckland City. Very tempted mau pigi Christchurch Casino...tapi, takut kana tinggal light..hehe...taik judi betul.

more mountain view on the way back to Christchurch... saw this CD at Christchurch cd store... When we reached Aucklabd airport at 11.30pm, im so worried that we dont have any transport to the city, masa kami keluar theres 2 option, using the taxi or the citicab shuttle...taxi would cost us $40-$50 and shuttle $32 for 2 person, of goody!!!...trus tinggal kami lagi passenger dia...so kira macam naik taxi lah :) We already booked our room for 2 nights at Hotel Formule 1 only $69/per nite. Oleh kerana our flight was cancelled at Queenstown, so 1 night only. Nasib juga the hotel refund our money...:) Kalau hotel di Malaysia dorang kasih refund kah tu ah??
boleh tahan juga bathroom doranggot tv & radio...tapi heater dorang rusak... ada juga kitchen, stove, microwave & fridge...but kami tidak sempat guna

We only have that nite to jalan-jalan Auckland coz were going back the next morning... only one place to go that nite lah, the Sky tower.. and the Skycity Casino where the largest casino i've ever seen in my life open 24hours...it was sooo big, boleh sasat di dalam...soo many roulette table, sooo many blackjack table....even pokies pun entah berapa ratus machine sana.... trus noponu sina/asian lagi...

But kami main tu pokies saja, coz takut lawan semua tu cina-cina yang main basar-basar, Semua tu local (maori) people main pokies saja...& the weird thing is, dorang suka lap-lap tu machine, macam sayang-sayang ni... there this one old local lady sebelah kami balik-balik lap tu monitor punya machine....tapi balik-balik juga dia menag free games, trus sya siku Gerry suruh dia lap-lap juga machine dia...hehe..tidak juga manang... Kami balik at 3.00am...tapi masih lagi ramai orang dalam casino...tidak ngantuk ka dorang tu??

Mandi & tidur setengah jam saja...then pigi airport at 7.30am naik the citycab shuttle pick-up kami di hotel lagi..$25 saja for 2 of us... 10.00am....boarding. 10hrs later...sampai KK....yay!!! Thats it for our holiday... Style kami yang jalan sendiri-sendiri & prefer mau naik bus, very very tiring ... but siok jugalah..

Day 14 - masih di Queenstown

2nd July, Monday, We're killing time at Queenstown, while waiting for our flight to Auckland at 4.30pm...
I planned to do the bungy jumping at Auckland....
Wanted to go to the Coronet peak, so bulih bikin snowman...but Gerry takut nanti kami missed the flight :(
So, where Gerry prefer to go..?? mana lagi kalau bukan favourite place dia...

When we reached the airport... manatau all the flights was delayed & cancelled. Konon bad weather, terlampau banyak kabus, cannot see the mountains...takut kana langgar...
So I called the Qantas Helpline...the next available flight would be on wednesday...im like
"What!!!??? my flight back to Malaysia is on Wednesday..!!!"
Qantas : "We can fly you through Christchurch, if u want to rebook your tickets...".

Hancurrrr....so terpaksalah stay one nite lagi di Queenstown, then bisuk naik bus awal pagi balik Christchurch..

Tidak lah sya dapat pigi bungy jumping...Nooooo!!!! :-(

We booked our bus tickets to Christchurch & 1 more nite accomodation at Queenstown at I-Site, counter person bilang our accomodation only 5minutes away...skali, mau 20minit jugalah kami jalan...kurang asam betul, bagus lagi kami tinggal sana A-line hotel yang kami first tinggal only $6 difference. We stayed at Top 10 holiday park, paling bidah punya room so far & we paid $99 for the room, soo not worth it.

very small bathroom, sabun mandi pun dorang tidak bagi...kitchen yang tiada stove...coffee & tea pun tiada....peluki betul bilang Gerry!!!!
That nite, buang tension di casino...macam tu orang sana kanal kami sudah...this time kami rugi besar....pokies kalah, roulette kalah, blackjack pun kalah....tambah sya stress!!!!
