Saturday afternoon i was at Rudy's wedding, i met alot of UTM friends. Junior&Mimie, Josue, Tony, Francis Ubo, Herman, Yus & Ellice.

I like it when they decorate the hall with the balloons...The weird part about this wedding was they played bag-pipe like the scottish bag-pipe, when the bride n groom was about to enter the hall. The guys even wear the skirt. A Kadazan wedding + scottish..macam lain juga kan. but nevermind, its their wedding, im there just for the beer...

Saturday nite me & dad at Tuavon's Ka'amatan. Dunno why only now they celebrate it...still boring juga...same events every year, Unduk Ngadau, Fancy Dress, Lucky draw...Bagus lagi sya join my dad moginum. Nasib sya menang 1 lucky draw dapat hamper.


Tuavon's Unduk Ngadau Semi Finalist. Lut thinks no.9 is pretty. Tapi dia dapat 2nd place. Contestant no.1 yg dapat 1st.

Friday nite, Bar-hopping...

Last friday nite suddenly my boyfriend Gerry bring me go bar-hopping...just the 2 of us. Hmmm, im like..*mesti ada something nie, mau bawa sya keluar..*. But then he said he just wanna go out with me, just ME. that's it...so memang true pun, memang kami pi bar-hopping. His intention was just to spend time with me.

First bar was Bluenote. I notice that the crowd was ok already compare to last year.. the band...hmmm...tidak boring la. That's all i can say..

After a few brandy cokes, then off to KK's. Belum pun we sampai at the door...i dont wanna go in already. The music they we're playing was boring.

So, skip KK's next to The Beach, i wanted to check out how's the band. They said best kunun. Tapi biasa saja pun...and I noticed, teda sudah tu Big Aquarium...

Then I found out there's a feng tau pub "Lan Kwai Fung" next to the Beach.I'm sure Jenny would love this pub. I wanted to go in, but I malulah la...coz all chinese. Although Gerry looks like chinese, but still nanti the waiter/waitress will come over and asked "yau som mo sui..??" then maybe i would order.."2 plenty cock" with chinese slang, hehehe...

Vivi's mom got a new puppy...

Vivi (my cousin) said : that anjing sana kampung...used to be white in colour. but kunun putih, cepat kotor and so boyy (vivi's brother) pigi dye the puppy with mama punya hair colour and trus the puppy end up in orange. for awhile i thought the puppy punya original colour begitu separuh only the badan in orange and some white. Still not puas hati boyy pigi dye lagi itu anjing...and finally got a good clean colour on the overall badan...EXCEPT the mata yg tidak bulih kena dye and thats why the puppy has this cermin mata effect on him...
mama was not happy her dye habis kena pakai on the puppy hmmm...

Got a new Digital Camera

As u know all my pictures are taken using my camera phone..which the quality of the picture is not that good...Actually I got a digital camera already, Umax AstraSlim, yang teda orang pernah dengar punya brand. buruk lagitu quality picture.Jadi malulah mau guna. Then makan battery cepat. Trus AAA punya battery yg mahal punya lagi mau beli.



Now I got a new Nikon Coolpix E4600. Yay!! Got a lot of features again. So, more clear pictures to come.

What is Unduk Ngadau?

Unduk Ngadau literally means the 'Noon Sun'. Legend has it that Kinoingan, the Creator, sacrificed his only daughter Huminodun so that all his people would have seeds to grow the food they needed.

Her head gave rise to the coconut, her flesh became padi, her blood red rice, her fingers ginger, her teeth maize, her knees yam, and so on. When it was time to ascend to the heavens, Kinoingan and his wife Suminundu held a big feast as desired by their daughter, so that the people would not forget the sacrifice. But during the feast Kinoingan was overcome with grief for his daughter. He played a special tune on his bamboo flute and called out her name. Miraculously, she appeared from a big jar which was used to hold the remains of the threshed padi. Her return to life added much joy to the festivities. To honour the sacrifice made by Huminodun for the people, the search for Unduk Ngadau - or the Harvest Beauty Queen Pageant - the ideal Kadazandusun maiden resembling Huminodun in terms of total beauty of the heart, mind and body is the highlight of to-day's Ka'amatan Festivals! Recently I was cleaning my room, and found some home video tapes, recorded mostly from year 92-93...

Today I want to share this video, where the form 2 girls of St Francis Convent going on a trip to Kundasang, National Park, Kota Kinabalu on August 1993.

Mostly on this video, was me, Lynn Danggai, Marilyn Radin & Suzane Chin, cos we were close buddies that year...

But the most embarassing moment was when Margaret & her chinese friends was hysterically jumping around when they saw some orang putih & took some pictures with them as if the orang putih was some famous superstars ... oh yah, u have to go to full version site if wanna see the Margaret Embarassing Incident.

I was actually also excited...if u noticed after the "Margaret Incident" there this one very very hot orang putih came out from the white van..I almost fainted..even suzane said " Bagagar tangan sia ooooo....!!!" hehehe..

This is life...

After work..my friend Jenny brought me to this Gym at Somerset Gateway Kuching, where they also have a Swimming Pool + Jacuzzi, Sauna & Steam. Jenny is a student of IMBS college, so we can go in for free...

The scenery was so beautiful!!!....the pool is at the top floor of the Hotel, then u could see the whole city of Kuching.

Good Morning Auntie Joyce...!!

Carl called me at 6am... that Josie already gave birth to a healthy baby boy named Lucas Jimonon Moosom at 5.28am weighing 3.2kg by ceasarian...because carl said the baby langgar Josie punya cervix.
I'm sooo happy cant wait to go home... they said he's fair & looks like Josie..hmmm...

I got an sms from Josie this morning that she found blood stain on her santut...so she might do in labour today...Yay!!! So after that she jalan2 at home mcm excercise supaya she senang mau beranak..and at the same time still thinking about what to name the baby...haha!!

Then around 7.30pm she arrived at clinic...the doctor broke her water bag and was 4cm dilated...

I called it "Just nice Weekend"...

Weekend at Kuching was ok...

Saturday nite I went out with a group of chinese girlfriends, then u know lah kan what kind of club the would go. "Feng Tau" club yg main techno music... Then one of my friend got drunk & puked. She said her vomit got blood...but when we check in the sink, only green green thing floating leiiyy!!...so she must be really drunk & hallucinating...when we drove back home, again with the techno music they played soooo loud talked even louder,smokes inside the car..so the windows mesti buka.... So u know la how it feels when every car pass by mesti tengok...but luckily i know no one would recognize me, bcoz im at Kuching..hehehe.

Sunday afternoon, me & my friend Jenny took her mom to watch crocodile at Jong Crocodile Farm because its mother's day...very interesting actually.. i was sooo excited to watch the crocodile would jump up from the water grab his food...i think the food was hang up about 8-10 feet high pun he can still lompat that high. wow!!!

Yay I got in...!!

Finally im gonna start my Degree in UMS soon. Yes they accepted me to continue my Degree in Computer Science.It came out in the Daily Express, I guess everybody now knew. It gonna take me 5 years to complete it, but then its never to late kan. As Ella would say " Slowly slowly catch the monkey...". Lets just hope i can tahan to study that long... If Kakak Ita & Ollol can do it, well apa lagi saya...
